Lauren Conrad has always been my biggest inspiration. I know that I am a graphic design major, but I am a fashion merchandising management minor as well. This video shows a little bit about Lauren Conrad's first fashion show of her own, which to me is very inspiring.
I have always loved fashion and always liked the more feminine side of fashion - such as big gowns, dresses, skirts, heels, pretty coats, and more. Lauren Conrad has her own clothing line which is described as just that. The color palette in her clothing line consists of light blush pinks and other pastel colors giving it a very feminie touch. She inspires me every day with her creativity and style.
Eleven FIDM Graphic Design Students designed snowboards produced by mountain accessories brand Signal Snowboards for FIDM's DEBUT 2013 Runway Show.
This to me is so cool to watch, snowboard design is what inspired me to become a graphic designer. I have been snowbaording since I was about 12 years old, and every since, I have always been drawn to snowboards and the designs on them. This made me think to myself that I want to be able to create the really cool, bright, fun, and energetic looking designs for snowboards. Most brands such as Burton, Roxy, Billabong, and Oneill are all favorite brands of mine - which all have Snowboarding gear to offer. The students in this video are so lucky and I am actually quite jealous that they got to create the designs for these snowboards which will be shown in FIDM'S (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) Runway Show.
